BELGRADE, March 14 (Tanjug) - A flexible business model that allows quick adaptation to changes on the market and to its needs is largely what makes the operations of a company sustainable, said over half of respondents in an annual Chapter 4 survey.
The survey, conducted by the agency in January and February, involved representatives of the corporate sector (59.6 pct), media (31.3 pct) and the non-governmental sector (9.1 pct).

Over 70 pct said a company's success was reflected in good financial results, while two thirds said success was also reflected in reputation.

Other factors singled out by the respondents include a stable, solid and successful team (47 pct), good reputation in the business community (36 pct) and a self-sustainable model (34 pct).
