BELEX stock trading stalls, indices close in red territory

Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) indices dropped further on Tuesday amid stalling stock market activity that resulted in an overall turnover of just 6.2 mln dinars (52.9 thousand euros).

BELGRADE - Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) indices dropped further on Tuesday amid stalling stock market activity that resulted in an overall turnover of just 6.2 mln dinars (52.9 thousand euros).

The BELEX15 and BELEXline indices dropped 0.1 pct each, closing at 801.82 points and 1,724.35 points, respectively.

Sevojno-based aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval saw the highest turnover with just under 0.4 mln dinars at a price of 3,340 dinars per share, marginally down compared to Monday.

Technical gas producer and distributor Messer Tehnogas remained at 13,800 dinars, registering a turnover of slightly over 0.1 mln dinars.

The petroleum company Naftna industrija Srbije dropped 0.5 pct to 743 dinars, generating a 0.1 mln dinar turnover, while the Sevojno copper rolling mill saw the same turnover at a steady 2,940 dinars per share.

On the MTP market, Termika-Beograd generated a 5.1 mln dinar turnover at a steady 4,400 dinars per share.
