BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's video meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, which was to be held Monday via a conferencing call, has been postponed for Tuesday, it has been confirmed to Tanjug.

The reason for the postponement is a telephone summit of EU leaders over the coronavirus pandemic, unofficial sources told Tanjug.

Vucic has said earlier a resumption of the dialogue with Pristina and, in particular, the situation in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, would be the main topics of his conversation with Merkel.

Vucic was originally scheduled to be on a visit to Berlin from Sunday through Monday, but the trip was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
