Vucic, von der Leyen visit HTEC Group
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who is on a two-day working trip to Serbia, visited the HTEC Group on Friday for a presentation of projects financed by IPA funds and the EBRD.
"With esteemed European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, in a place where a completely new world is emerging," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.
He noted that he was impressed with cutting-edge technologies on which young, educated and talented people at the HTEC Group were working with a great deal of passion and enthusiasm to "change the future for us all with their innovative spirit, creativity and enormous energy and know-how."
He thanked the EBRD for setting aside funds to accelerate the HTEC Group's growth from a Belgrade-based startup to a global company that it is today.
"This synergy shows in practice that there are no limits to success when you dream big," Vucic wrote, thanking von der Leyen for believing in a vision of a successful Serbia.
