airBaltic to launch direct flights to Belgrade on May 16

BELGRADE/RIGA - Latvian airline airBaltic has announced it would on May 16 introduce direct flights between Riga and Belgrade, to be operated twice a week, the National Tourism Organisation of Serbia (TOS) said in a statement.

TOS has held a promotion of Serbia's tourism supply at the Balttour 2023 fair and airBaltic hosted a promotional event for media and tour operators to present its new flight routes for 2023.

Tourists from the Baltic region are showing great interest in Serbia and the direct flights between Belgrade and Riga, along with carefully crafted marketing campaigns, are expected to make Serbia's tourism supply even more attractive, the TOS said.
