BELGRADE - Serbia's external goods trade in January-February 2025 totalled around 11.11 bln euros, which is a 4.7 pct increase y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office.
Goods exports were worth around 4.675 bln euros, declining by 0.6 pct y-o-y, while imports totalled 6.435 bln euros, growing by 9 pct y-o-y.
The deficit was at 1.759 bln euros, up by 47 pct y-o-y.
The export-import ratio was 72.7 pct, down from 79.8 pct in the same period of last year.
External goods trade was the highest with countries with which Serbia has free trade agreements and EU member states accounted for 56.1 pct of the total.
Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Italy and Romania were Serbia's main export partners, with China, Germany, Italy, Hungary and Turkey as its main import partners.
