Vucic: Partnership with Germany to help our economic growth

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday he had signed with German Ambassador to Belgrade Anke Konrad a joint statement of intent between the Office of the President of the Republic of Serbia and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

"This institutional partnership will further help to strengthen the excellent economic and trade cooperation between our countries, and particular emphasis is placed on development of a strategy of Serbia's industrial policy in line with the EU Green Deal, along with strengthening the corresponding supply chains," Vucic wrote in a post on the buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.

Vucic added that this type of partnership was extremely important for Serbia as it would contribute to even stronger economic growth and quicker approximation to the EU.
