Vucic meets with Szijjarto in New York

NEW YORK - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Hungarian FM Peter Szijjarto in the margins of the UN General Assembly session in New York to discuss joint plans for forging even stronger ties between Serbia and Hungary.

"A discussion with a great and proven friend of Serbia, Peter Szijjarto, about the main messages of the 79th UNGA session as well as our regional situation and joint plans for forging even stronger economic ties," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.

"This meeting, too, confirmed the brotherly relations between our nations, and future projects will only strengthen further the unbreakable friendship between Serbia and Hungary," Vucic wrote.
