BANJALUKA - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic said on Thursday in Banjaluka some politicians in Bosnia and Herzegovina were disputing the territorial integrity of Serbia, while Serbia was not disputing the territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"A part of our territory - Kosovo-Metohija - is being taken away from us, and we are being told it is a finished affair. The idea is being imposed on us that what was an aggression on our country and a violation of international public law should purportedly be accepted as normal. We just want to be treated in the same way as we treat other states - we expect equal treatment for Serbia," Vucevic told a press conference after a meeting with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.

Vucevic reiterated that Serbia absolutely respected the Dayton Agreement and everything that was a result of agreements of Bosnia and Herzegovina's two entities and three constitutive nations.

"We do not think it is possible for what has brought peace to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be changed through violence and unilateral measures and decisions contrary to the will of an entity or a constitutive nation," Vucevic noted.

He noted that constructive things - not destructive ones - were being developed with the Republika Srpska leadership.

"We are working on togetherness, and not against someone. Enough with the idea that we should not be allowed to sit down together as members of the same nation because we will purportedly intimidate someone or pose a threat to someone," Vucevic said.

Dismissing accusations that Serbia is to blame for the breakup of Yugoslavia or that it is an aggressor or a conqueror, he noted that Serbia only wanted peace and the best possible relations with everyone.

Vucevic, who previously received the Order of Republika Srpska on a ribbon from Dodik, said it represented a great honour and an obligation to develop cooperation and continue to support Srpska.
