Mojsilovic meets with Milley

BELGRADE- As part of an official visit to the US, Serbian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Gen Milan Mojsilovic had separate meetings in the Pentagon with US Armed Forces Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen Mark Milley and other officials of the US Department of Defence.

According to a statement released by the Serbian Ministry of Defence, the meetings addressed the current global security situation and challenges in the region, as well as Serbia-US bilateral military cooperation.

The discussions, also attended by Serbian Ambassador to Washington Marko Djuric, were open, substantial, professional and focused on the future, the statement said.

While in Washington, Mojsilovic will also meet with US National Guard Bureau Chief Daniel Hokanson to discuss bilateral military cooperation in areas of mutual interest, with emphasis on cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ohio National Guard.
