BELGRADE- Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic said on Thursday Serbia's future PM-designate must be a person of courage and integrity and have "endless patience to listen".
Speaking to K1 TV, Brnabic - a former PM of Serbia - said the PM-designate would have great support from the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, but declined to speak about candidates.
Asked if she would like to return to the helm of the government, Brnabic said the present situation was very serious and that she would not speculate on such matters.
"I think we should be talking about things that are much more serious than who will be PM. At the end of the day, the president of the Republic will determine that in line with his constitutional powers," Brnabic said, reiterating that the parliamentary majority was stable and secure.
She also noted that Milos Vucevic's government had done great and significant things and that, besides an investment-grade rating secured for the country, an agreement with unions on the minimum labour cost was its biggest achievement.
