Pristina's special police beat up two Serbs near Leposavic
LEPOSAVIC - Pristina's special police beat up two Serb men in the Josanica village, near Leposavic, Kosovo-Metohija, late on Tuesday, Tanjug learns.
The men, aged 23 and 24 and identified with the initials L DJ and DJ M, sustained grievous bodily harm and were then hospitalised at the surgical ward of the Kosovska Mitrovica clinic.
In a statement to Tanjug, the clinic's director Zlatan Elek said the two were in stable condition and had been discharged to home care.
In the incident, Pristina's special police pulled over a car carrying the men, who are residents of the village, and beat them up, inflicting visible head and chest injuries to them.
The case has not been reported to the Kosovo police.
