BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received the US ambassadors to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christopher Hill and Michael Murphy, in Belgrade on Wednesday.

After the meeting, Vucic said he had had an open and substantial discussion with the ambassadors on all significant regional issues.

"I pointed out the fact that political and economic cooperation in the Balkans represent the most significant condition for progress of all peoples. I also expressed the Republic of Serbia's commitment to respect of the norms of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the confidence that peace and stability are the highest values we must persevere in," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram profile.

He noted that Serbia had always supported the integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the rights of Republika Srpska and the other entity in the country under the Dayton Agreement.
