Murphy: Meeting with Vucic addressed Ukraine, Kosovo, gun violence

BELGRADE - US Senator Chris Murphy said on Thursday his meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic earlier in the day had addressed the situation in Ukraine, Kosovo-Metohija and gun violence.

"Just finished meeting with Serbian President Vucic. Aleksandar is a friend, and I always enjoy our candid exchange of views. We had a productive discussion about Ukraine, Kosovo, and gun violence. We have agreements and disagreements and we discussed them all," Murphy wrote in a Twitter post.

The meeting with Vucic was also attended by Senator Gary Peters.

The senators also met with Serbian PM Ana Brnabic.
