BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Wednesday Uros Vukasinovic, a Kosovo-Metohija Serb arrested in Leposavic on June 17, had reunited with his family after being released from custody.

"Uros Vukasinovic, a Serb arrested by Kurti's police in Leposavic on June 17, was released today! He has just reunited with his family, which was awaiting him eagerly. Uros is the fourth Serb we have had released, and we will continue to fight for all our innocently arrested countrymen!" Petkovic wrote in a Twitter post.

Twenty-eight-year-old Vukasinovic, a resident of Leposavic who was arrested for an alleged attack on journalists, has been released on bail and will remain free during trial, his lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic confirmed to Tanjug earlier today.

Vukasinovic, an employee of MTS doo, a Telekom Srbija daughter company in Kosovo-Metohija, was arrested while he was on his way to work.
