Brnabic, South Korea PM discuss political dialogue, trade cooperation

PARIS - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic met with South Korean counterpart Han Duck-soo in Paris on Tuesday to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral political dialogue and economic cooperation and possibilities for advancement of trade ties in particular.

"Serbia and Korea already have developed cooperation in digitalisation and IT. A Serbian-Korean Information Access Centre has been operating in Serbia since 2017 and there are plans to open such a centre in Nis as well," Brnabic wrote in an Instagram post.

She added that cooperation in the creative industries had been a particularly important topic.

"Korea's experiences in that field are important to us, mostly in gaming and the audiovisual production," Brnabic noted Brnabic will meet with French PM Elisabeth Borne at the Matignon Palace this evening.
