Custody of Serbs arrested after Banjska clashes extended by two months
PRISTINA - The Pristina authorities have extended the custody of Vladimir Tolic - a Kosovo-Metohija Serb arrested in the wake of the September 24 clashes in Banjska - by two months, his lawyer said on Tuesday.
In a statement to Tanjug, Milos Delevic said Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic, who have also been arrested after the incident, had also had their custody extended.
Delevic announced he would appeal the decision.
The prosecutor's office in Pristina has charged Tolic with committing a terrorist act.
Spasojevic is charged with an attack on the constitutional order and security and with committing a terrorist act, while Maksimovic is charged with the criminal offence of preparing a terrorist act.
