Serbia, Cyprus sign three memorandums on cooperation

BELGRADE - The governments of Serbia and Cyprus signed on Thursday in Belgrade three memorandums on cooperation at a ceremony also attended by Presidents Aleksandar Vucic and Nikos Christodoulides.

Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic and Cypriot FM Constantinos Kombos signed a MoU on cooperation between the diplomatic academies of the foreign ministries of the two countries.

A MoU between the Serbian Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation and the Cypriot Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy on cooperation in science, innovation and next technologies was signed by Serbian Minister Jelena Begovic and Kombos.

Serbian Minister of Education Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and Cypriot Minister of Education, Sport and Youth Athina Michaelidou signed a MoU on cooperation in education.

Before the signing of the MoUs, a council on Serbia-Cyprus cooperation was held with the two presidents in attendance.

Christodoulides is on a two-day official visit to Serbia.
