Custody for Serbs arrested after Banjska clashes extended by further two months
PRISTINA - The basic court in Pristina has extended the custody for three Serbs arrested following the September 24 clashes in Banjska by a further two months.
The court's spokeswoman told Pristina-based Koha daily the custody had been extended until February 24 at the request of the prosecutor's office of the so-called Kosovo.
Vladimir Tolic, Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic have been in custody since September 26 and are charged with "attacking the constitutional order" of the so-called Kosovo and "commission of terrorist attacks."
The September 24 Banjska clashes between local Serbs and the so-called Kosovo Police left three Serbs and one officer of the so-called Kosovo Police dead.
