BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Defence Minister Milos Vucevic met with outgoing Slovak Ambassador Fedor Rosocha on Friday, noting that Serbia appreciated Slovakia's principled stance on non-recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of the so-called Kosovo.

Vucevic also thanked the ambassador for his engagement in advancement of overall bilateral relations and noted the results he has achieved during his tenure in Serbia.

Vucevic expressed a commitment to further advance and step up overall bilateral relations and defence cooperation with Slovakia.

He noted that further meetings at the highest level and harmonising and signing a plan on bilateral military cooperation for 2024 was of great importance for strengthening the defence cooperation.

He wished Rosocha much professional success in the future.

The ambassador confirmed the traditionally good bilateral relations were a quality foundation for additional development of overall bilateral cooperation and said he was confident the bilateral ties would continue to develop in line with shared interests.Service Photo Gallery
