Vucic: Serbia to oppose humiliations prepared for it in CoE, UN

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday he had had a sincere and difficult meeting with Germany's Western Balkans envoy Manuel Sarrazin, whom he told Serbia would oppose humiliations prepared for it in the Council of Europe (CoE) and the UN.

"A sincere and extremely difficult meeting with Manuel Sarrazin. We agree on almost nothing, except on the position that peace in the Western Balkans needs to be preserved," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instragram account.

Serbia is a small country in terms of territory and population size, but a country of proud people who will oppose the humiliations prepared for Serbia in the CoE and the UN, Vucic also told Sarrazin.
