Djokovic to play in Doha in February

DOHA - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic will play at the Doha ATP tournament in February next year, organisers announced on Wednesday evening.

The tournament will take place from February 17 through 22, an official statement said.

Djokovic, who last played in Doha in 2019, has won the tournament twice in his career - in 2016 and 2017.

Earlier, the organisers announced that current world number one Jannik Sinner of Italy and Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev of Russia would also be competing at next year's tournament.
