Stojkovic names preliminary Serbia squad for Belgium, Bulgaria games
BELGRADE - The head coach of the Serbia men's national football team Dragan Stojkovic on Tuesday announced a preliminary, 30-man squad list for the upcoming matches against Belgium and Bulgaria, the Football Association of Serbia said.
Serbia play Belgium in a friendly on November 15 and then face Bulgaria in the last match of the EURO 2024 Qualifying Group G in Leskovac, southern Serbia, on November 19.
The list includes Red Star Belgrade player Vladimir Lucic, who featured for Serbia on a US tour earlier this year.
Sampdoria goalkeeper Filip Stankovic, son of legendary Serbian footballer Dejan Stankovic, has been called up for the first time.
Compared to the previous one - announced before the qualifying games against Hungary and Montenegro - the new squad list does not include Mijat Gacinovic, Boris Radunovic, Aleksa Terzic and Mihailo Ristic, with Milan striker Luka Jovic to miss international duty again.

Defenders: Nikola Milenkovic (Fiorentina), Strahinja Erakovic (Zenit), Milos Veljkovic (Werder), Mihajlo Ilic (Partizan), Strahinja Pavlovic (Salzburg), Srdjan Babic (Spartak Moscow).
Midfielders: Nemanja Radonjic (Torino), Andrija Zivkovic (PAOK), Darko Lazovic (Verona), Nemanja Maksimovic (Getafe), Nemanja Gudelj (Sevilla), Ivan Ilic (Torino), Marko Grujic (Porto), Uros Racic (Sassuolo), Sasa Lukic (Fulham), Filip Kostic (Juventus), Filip Mladenovic (Panathinaikos), Stefan Mitrovic (Red Star), Vladimir Lucic (Red Star), Dusan Tadic (Fenerbahce), Lazar Samardzic (Udinese), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Al Hilal), Filip Djuricic (Panathinaikos).
