Serbian basketball coach Dejan Milojevic dies aged 46

SALT LAKE CITY - Serbian basketball coach Dejan Milojevic, a member of the Golden State Warriors coaching staff, died on Wednesday after a heart attack, aged 46.

Milojevic was hospitalised on Tuesday evening after suffering a heart attack during a team dinner in Salt Lake City.

In his playing career, Milojevic played for Partizan Belgrade, FMP Belgrade, Buducnost Podgorica, Valencia and Galatasaray.

He won the European Championship title with Yugoslavia in 2001.

Milojevic coached the Serbian outfit Mega before joining the NBA's Golden State Warriors as assistant coach three years ago.
