Djokovic beats Vukic in Indian Wells second round

INDIAN WELLS - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the world number one in men's tennis singles, has got off to a successful start at this season's Indian Wells Masters tournament after defeating Australian Aleksandar Vukic 6-2, 5-7, 6-3 in the second round on Sunday.

Djokovic, who won after 130 minutes of play, is back at Indian Wells after five years.

He has won five titles at the tournament.

The Serbian will next face lucky loser Luca Nardi of Italy.
