Belgrade city assembly not constituted, new elections to follow

BELGRADE - Belgraders will go to new local elections after the city assembly of the Serbian capital was not constituted on Sunday.
Socialist Toma Fila, who chaired the constitutive session as the oldest assembly member, announced that there was no quorum again and that the timeframe for forming a city government had expired.
"(What will happen next is) What I have told you - elections," Fila said before concluding the session.
