BELGRADE - Serbia will send rescue teams to quake-stricken Turkey, a source in the Serbian Interior Ministry has confirmed to Tanjug.
The Ministry's Emergencies Sector will send 21 rescue specialists and three liaison officers, the source said.
Serbian top officials have extended their condolences to Turkish authorities over the loss of life caused by the 7.8 degree Richter scale earthquake, whose death toll has exceeded 900.
Serbian Ambassador to Ankara Zoran Markovic has said there were no reports of casualties among Serbian nationals.
