BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with an International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation on Tuesday, noting that it had assessed the situation in Serbia as stable and commended the high level of foreign investment in the country.
"The IMF delegation's assessment was that we are doing a good job, but we agreed there are still many more things that need to be corrected, especially in the way public enterprises are operating. The situation was assessed as stable and favourable and the IMF representatives commended the high level of foreign investment in our country," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostrbijeav Instagram account.
The IMF mission began a two-week visit to Serbia on March 23.
