BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic received a delegation of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee on Tuesday, noting that Serbia is proud to continue to build a steely friendship with China.
The delegation included Li Xiaoxin, a member of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and head of the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform, and Chinese Ambassador to Belgrade Li Ming.
"We are proud to continue to build our steely friendship and develop the comprehensive economic cooperation and an intensive political dialogue at all levels," Vucevic wrote in an Instagram post.
He noted that Serbia would always be grateful to Chinese friends for the principled position and support on the issue of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija and protection of the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
"Together, we are building a community with a shared future, based on the great friendship between the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, and the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, and our two nations," Vucevic wrote.
