Vucic receives Denmark's minister for European affairs

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Danish Minister for European Affairs Marie Bjerre on Tuesday to discuss Serbia's EU path, the necessary reform processes, the EU enlargement policy and Serbia-Denmark bilateral relations.

"I noted that our country is committed to accomplishing its strategic goal of EU membership and that, on that path, it is working responsibly and seriously on fulfilling its reform agenda, especially in rule of law," Vucic wrote in an Instagram post.

The parties exchanged views on the most efficient ways for Serbia to seize a new momentum in the enlargement policy, as well as on the priorities of Denmark's upcoming EU presidency in the second half of 2025.
