Vucevic meets with Patriarch Porfirije

BELGRADE - Serbia's caretaker PM Milos Vucevic met with Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church on Monday, thanking him for his care and love for Serbia and its people.

"Today I had a cordial conversation with His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije. I expressed gratitude to His Holiness for his care and love for our country and our people," Vucevic wrote in an Instagram post.

Vucevic expressed the wish that, through the patriarch's prayers, "our Fatherland may be saved and united by God for many good years."
