BRUSSELS - EU foreign policy and security chief Josep Borrell said Monday's meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Pristina's PM Albin Kurti in Brussels would focus on an EU proposal on normalisation of Belgrade-Pristina relations, and expressed the hope both sides would have a constructive approach to the talks.
"I welcomed President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Brussels for a high-level meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue," Borrell wrote in a Twitter post.
"On the agenda: the EU proposal on normalisation of relations. I hope for a constructive approach by the two parties," he added.
A trilateral meeting of EU facilitators, Vucic and Kurti began in Brussels at around 6 pm.
Previously, Borrell and EU special envoy Miroslav Lajcak held separate meetings with Kurti and Vucic.
