BELGRADE - The Serbia men's national basketball team defeated Greece 94-72 at the Belgrade Arena on Monday evening in the last test before the Olympic Games.
Captain Bogdan Bogdanovic led the scoring for Serbia with 19 points, Nikola Jokic scored 16 points and Filip Petrusev, Nikola Milutinov and Nikola Jovic added 15, 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Giannis Antetokounmpo stood out for Greece with 17 points and Kostas Papanikolaou added 10 points.
Serbia will play the USA, Puerto Rico and South Sudan in Group C of the Olympic tournament.
The game against the USA is scheduled for Sunday afternoon in Lille.
At the Olympics, the Serbia team will be represented by Bogdan Bogdanovic, Nikola Jokic, Aleksa Avramovic, Nikola Jovic, Ognjen Dobric, Filip Petrusev, Dejan Davidovac, Nikola Milutinov, Uros Plavsic, Vanja Marinkovic, Marko Guduric and Vasilije Micic, head coach Svetislav Pesic announced on Tuesday.
