NEW YORK - At New York meetings with leaders from the Western Balkan region and beyond, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic exchanged views on the most significant issues and potential solutions to some of the most pressing current problems.
In an Instagram post, Vucic wrote that the UN General Assembly session in New York was an exceptional opportunity for the Western Balkans' voice to be heard better and more loudly.
"With friends Katalin Novak, Rumen Radev, Natasa Pirc Musar, Jakov Milatovic and Leo Varadkar and other leaders from the region and beyond. We have gathered in New York to exchange views at the 78th UNGA session on the most significant issues of today and potential solutions to some of the most pressing problems," he added.
He noted that the session was also "an exceptional opportunity for the voice of all of us from the Western Balkans to be heard more loudly and better."
"I expect a large number of meetings with colleagues from all continents, with whom I will discuss a strengthening of cooperation and renewing some old, traditional friendships and building new ones," he added.
