Red Star Belgrade beat TSC to advance to Serbian football cup final

BACKA TOPOLA - Red Star Belgrade are through to the final of the Serbian football cup after defeating TSC Backa Topola away 3-0 in the semi-finals on Wednesday evening.

Guelor Kanga (36' p), Mirko Ivanic (56') and Kings Kangwa (73' p) scored for Red Star.

In the final, scheduled for May 25, cup title holders Red Star will face the winner of the other semi-final between Vojvodina Novi Sad and Cukaricki Belgrade, which was interrupted on Wednesday after 33 minutes of play due to a heavy rainstorm in Novi Sad and resulting poor pitch conditions as Cukaricki were leading 2-0.

The match will be replayed on Thursday afternoon.
