BELGRADE - Serbia's Partizan Belgrade have crashed out of European club football competitions after a 1-0 home defeat to Danish side Nordsjaelland in the return leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League play-offs on Thursday evening.

The visitors dominated the game in the first half and missed several chances before Ibrahim Osman scored the winner in the 30th minute.

Substitute Aldo Kalulu wasted the only serious goalscoring opportunity for Partizan.

In the 83rd minute, the hosts' Nemanja Nikolic was sent off with a red card just 12 minutes after coming on as a substitute.

Partizan lost 5-0 to Nordsjaelland in the first leg last week.

Earlier in the evening, Cukaricki Belgrade lost 3-0 to Greek outfit Olympiacos Piraeus in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League play-offs in Leskovac, southern Serbia.

Georgios Masuras, Pep Biel and Panagioitis Retsos provided the goals for Olympiacos in the 34th, 46th and 53rd minute, respectively.

Olympiacos, who also won the first leg 3-1 at home last week, have qualified for the Europa League group stage, while Cukaricki will have to settle for a slot in the UEFA Europa Conference League group stage.
