SKOPJE - The head of the Serbian Office for IT and eGovernment Mihailo Jovanovic and North Macedonian Minister for Information Society and Administration Damjan Mancevski signed on Friday in Skopje an agreement on digital transformation.

As a result of good cooperation between PMs Ana Brnabic and Zoran Zaev and visible results achieved by the Serbian government in digitalisation of public administration, the signature of the agreement has launched the Serbia Digitalises programme, an official statement said.

The agreement, which defines specific activities, improves the already good bilateral cooperation established as part of projects aimed at digitalising the Western Balkans and launched by the holding of the Western Balkans Digital Summits in Skopje and Belgrade in 2018 and 2019, respectively, in particular in IT and communications technologies and their application in development of eGovernment, the statement said.
